Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, oil, eggs, and almond extract until combined.
  • Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  • Scoop dough into 1-tablespoon sized balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly cracked.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
