Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 4 oz cooked ham diced
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package pizza dough or homemade dough
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 4 equal pieces.
  • Spoon the filling into the center of each dough piece and fold the dough over to form a calzone. Pinch the edges to seal.
  • Place the calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with the egg wash.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
