Chocolate Bars with Chocolate Chip

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 210 g
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder 20 g
- 1 cup sugar 200 g
- 1/2 cup butter 113 g
- 1 egg
- 1 cup dark chocolate roughly chopped (170 g)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips 170 g
- 1 cup chocolate chunks 170 g
- 1 cup white chocolate chips 170 g
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse flour, cocoa, sugar, butter, and egg until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press all but 3/4 cup of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl, then stir in condensed milk and reserved 3/4 cup cookie mixture.
Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the partially baked crust.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Scatter mini chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, and white chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Return to oven for 10–15 minutes, just until the chips begin to soften.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
