Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cookie butter such as Biscoff or speculoos spread
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, cookie butter, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Stir in salt and flour until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chunks.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is set and golden brown.
  • Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
