This no-bake Chocolate Éclair Dessert layers graham crackers with creamy vanilla pudding and whipped topping, all finished with a smooth chocolate frosting. It’s cool, creamy, and a total crowd-pleaser.

- 2 packages graham crackers
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 3 oz packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 16 oz container prepared chocolate frosting
Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan with graham crackers.
In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes until thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
Spread half the pudding mixture over the graham cracker layer.
Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread with remaining pudding mixture.
Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
Spread chocolate frosting evenly over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
