Chocolate Éclair Dessert

This no-bake Chocolate Éclair Dessert layers graham crackers with creamy vanilla pudding and whipped topping, all finished with a smooth chocolate frosting. It’s cool, creamy, and a total crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages graham crackers
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 3 oz packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 16 oz container prepared chocolate frosting

Instructions
 

  • Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan with graham crackers.
  • In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes until thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread half the pudding mixture over the graham cracker layer.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread with remaining pudding mixture.
  • Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  • Spread chocolate frosting evenly over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Notes

  • Frosting Trick: Microwave frosting for 10 seconds to make it easier to spread.
  • Flavor Variations: Try using chocolate pudding or adding sliced bananas or strawberries between layers.
