- 1 package flavored gelatin e.g., strawberry
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup plain full-fat yogurt room temperature
- ½ cup heavy cream room temperature

- Pour gelatin into a medium bowl. Add boiling water and whisk until dissolved. 
- Let mixture cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes). Do not refrigerate at this stage. 
- Once cooled, whisk in yogurt and cream until smooth and evenly blended. 
- Divide mixture into 4 ramekins or serving glasses. 
- Chill in refrigerator until fully set, about 2–3 hours or overnight. 
- Garnish with whipped cream, berries, or mint leaves before serving.
