Ingredients
  

  • 1 package flavored gelatin e.g., strawberry
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup plain full-fat yogurt room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream room temperature

  • Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Pour gelatin into a medium bowl. Add boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
  • Let mixture cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes). Do not refrigerate at this stage.
  • Once cooled, whisk in yogurt and cream until smooth and evenly blended.
  • Divide mixture into 4 ramekins or serving glasses.
  • Chill in refrigerator until fully set, about 2–3 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, berries, or mint leaves before serving.

  • Always let gelatin cool before adding yogurt and cream to avoid curdling.
  • Use Greek yogurt for a tangier, thicker consistency.
