Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tablespoons 70g unsalted butter, melted

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1 cup 250g creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 120g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/2 cups 360ml heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup 120ml whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup 90g Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup 60ml chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup 60ml peanut butter, melted

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • Make the Peanut Butter Filling: In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture to create a light and fluffy filling.
  • Assemble the Pie: Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the prepared crust.
  • Chill the Pie: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  • Add the Toppings: Spread whipped topping over the pie and sprinkle with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Drizzle with Chocolate & Peanut Butter: Drizzle melted peanut butter and chocolate syrup over the top for extra decadence.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Slice and serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter for the smoothest texture.
  • Let the pie chill completely before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to set.
  • For extra crunch, mix in some crushed peanuts or mini Reese’s cups into the filling.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate and peanut butter right before serving for the best presentation.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
