For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies crushed
- 5 tablespoons 70g unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 cup 250g creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup 120g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups 360ml heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup 120ml whipped topping
- 1/2 cup 90g Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1/4 cup 60ml chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup 60ml peanut butter, melted
Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Make the Peanut Butter Filling: In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
