Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 36 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tablespoons 85g unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 120g powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups 480ml heavy whipping cream
  • 12 Oreo cookies chopped

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup 240ml whipped topping
  • 5 Oreo cookies crushed
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add Oreos: Fold in the chopped Oreos to add texture and crunch.
  • Assemble the Dessert: Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust.
  • Top It Off: Spread whipped topping over the filling and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired, slice, and serve chilled!
