For the Crust:
- 36 Oreo cookies crushed
- 6 tablespoons 85g unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup 120g powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups 480ml heavy whipping cream
- 12 Oreo cookies chopped
For the Topping:
- 1 cup 240ml whipped topping
- 5 Oreo cookies crushed
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling optional
Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
