Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2/3 cup granulated erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and sweetener until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
  • Sift in cocoa powder, then add almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
  • Fold in optional chocolate chips or nuts, if using.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until center is just set and edges are slightly firm.
  • Let cool completely in the pan before slicing.

Notes

  • Don’t overbake—brownies continue to cook as they cool.
  • For extra fudgy texture, chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
  • Add a pinch of espresso powder to enhance chocolate flavor.
  • Use parchment for easy removal and cleaner edges.
