- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2/3 cup granulated erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Optional: 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and sweetener until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
