- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Prepare the Steak: Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel and season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
