  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare the Steak: Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel and season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Sear the Steak Bites: Add the steak pieces in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter: Reduce the heat to medium, add the butter to the skillet, and let it melt. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Combine: Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce. Add chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • Serve: Transfer to a plate and enjoy immediately. Pair with your favorite side dishes!
