- 1 1/2 cups sugar-free chocolate chips stevia or monk fruit sweetened
- 1/2 cup nut butter almond, peanut, or sunflower seed butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 1/2 cups puffed keto cereal or chopped nuts/seeds e.g., almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal optional
- Pinch of sea salt optional
In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, nut butter, and coconut oil together until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract if using.
Fold in puffed cereal, chopped nuts/seeds, and chia seeds or flaxseed meal until evenly coated.
Pour mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan and spread evenly.
