- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 ½ cups cold milk
- 2 packages 3.4 oz each instant lemon pudding mix
- 12 oz whipped topping thawed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine flour and butter in a bowl, cutting together until crumbly. Press firmly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake for about 25 minutes until lightly golden. Let crust cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over cooled crust.
In another bowl, whisk milk with lemon pudding mix for 3–5 minutes until thickened. Spread pudding mixture over cream cheese layer.
Chill in refrigerator until pudding is set, about 2 hours.
Spread whipped topping evenly across the top. Slice and serve chilled.
