Mini Rolo Pretzel Turtles are the no-bake (well, barely baked) treat that delivers big flavor with little effort. Perfect for gifting, snacking, or holiday trays, they’re salty, sweet, crunchy, chewy, and downright addictive.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 mini pretzels
  • 20 caramel-filled chocolate candies like Rolos
  • 20 roasted pecan halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Place one caramel chocolate candy in the center of each pretzel.
  • Bake for about 4 minutes or until candies begin to soften but not fully melt.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately press a pecan half onto each warm candy, gently flattening it.
  • Let the clusters cool completely at room temperature until the chocolate is firm.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Don’t overbake—the candies should hold their shape but be soft enough to press.
  • Use parchment for easy removal and cleanup.
  • Toast your pecans briefly for extra crunch and flavor.
  • Freeze finished clusters for up to 2 months.
