Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  • Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.
  • Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  • Pour filling over chilled crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
