- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
- 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
Line an 8x8 or 9x9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together until smooth and sugar is fully dissolved.
Stir in vanilla extract, then add oats and mix until fully coated.
Cook oat mixture over low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
