These chewy, crunchy Nutella cereal clusters are the perfect no-bake treat. Packed with roasted peanuts and crispy cereal, held together by a warm, gooey Nutella-honey-butter blend, they’re a sweet-and-salty snack you’ll make on repeat.

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup dry roasted salted peanuts
- 1 3/4 cups crispy flake cereal like Special K
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the honey and butter together until combined.
Bring to a light boil and let simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in Nutella and salt until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanuts and cereal.
Pour the warm Nutella mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
Use a large spoon or cookie scoop to drop mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
