- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ~2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
- Chopped dried cranberries for garnish
