- 1 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 24 Hershey's Kisses unwrapped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
