Peanut Butter Caramel Delights
Peanut Butter Caramel Delights are the no-bake dessert cups of your dreams: creamy, nutty, sweet, and satisfyingly layered with KitKat-peanut base, peanut butter cheesecake-style filling, and optional chocolate and caramel drizzles. These are simple to make but taste like a gourmet treat.

For the Peanut Base:
- 6 full-size KitKat bars cold
- 2/3 cup roasted peanuts
For the Filling:
- 1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream cold
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar divided
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Optional Caramel Sauce:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream warmed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional Chocolate Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips semisweet
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Optional Toppings:
- Extra whipped cream
- Chopped roasted peanuts
- Extra KitKat chunks
In a food processor, pulse KitKats and peanuts into coarse crumbs. Divide into 10 small serving cups.
In a medium bowl, whip cream with 1/4 cup powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add remaining powdered sugar and mix until blended.
Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture in three batches until fully combined and creamy.
Spoon or pipe filling over the KitKat base in each cup.
Refrigerate cups for at least 2 hours, or up to 2 days.
Optional Caramel Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook without stirring until amber-colored.
Remove from heat, whisk in butter, then cream and salt.
Return to heat briefly until smooth. Cool completely.
Optional Chocolate Sauce:
To Serve:
Top chilled cups with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, chopped peanuts, and KitKat chunks if desired.
