- 6 oz baking dark chocolate chopped
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter diced
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 11x7-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until fully combined. Let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar on medium-low speed until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.
