Ingredients
  

For the Filling:

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract optional
  • 1 8-ounce container whipped topping, thawed

For the Crust:

  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

For the Topping:

  • 1 21-ounce can strawberry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon extract (if using) until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until evenly incorporated.
  • Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the surface.
  • Top evenly with strawberry pie filling.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until set.
