Simple Homemade Peanut Butter Cups
Smooth, creamy peanut butter tucked inside rich, glossy chocolate shells. These homemade peanut butter cups are ridiculously easy, irresistibly tasty, and a hundred times better than anything you can buy at the store.

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
- Flaky sea salt optional
- Sprinkles optional
Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
Melt half of the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner to cover the bottom. Chill for 20 minutes until set.
Add about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of the set chocolate. Keep it centered.
Melt the remaining chocolate chips. Spoon over the peanut butter to cover completely.
Sprinkle with sea salt or sprinkles if desired.
Chill for another 10–15 minutes until fully set.
Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
