Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
  • Flaky sea salt optional
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
  • Melt half of the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner to cover the bottom. Chill for 20 minutes until set.
  • Add about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of the set chocolate. Keep it centered.
  • Melt the remaining chocolate chips. Spoon over the peanut butter to cover completely.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt or sprinkles if desired.
  • Chill for another 10–15 minutes until fully set.
  • Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

  • Use silicone muffin liners for easy release.
  • Try mixing a pinch of powdered sugar into the peanut butter for a firmer filling.
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer, less sweet version.
  • Make larger cups using a standard muffin tin.
