Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla bean paste and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
  • Don’t skip the salt—it enhances the vanilla flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • For cleaner slices, warm your knife with hot water and wipe between cuts.
