- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
- Pinch of salt
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla bean paste and a pinch of salt.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
