Total Time 25 minutes mins
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 ¼ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the marshmallows are melted.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Don’t overmix the dough once you add the dry ingredients. Mixing just until combined ensures soft, chewy cookies.
-
For an extra gooey effect, press a few extra marshmallows into the tops of the cookies before baking.
-
If you like a bit more crunch, you can add some chopped graham crackers on top of the dough balls before baking.
