- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, and flour until no lumps remain.
