Ingredients
  

  • 1 box family-size chocolate fudge brownie mix plus oil, water, and eggs as package directs
  • 1 container vanilla frosting
  • 1 container milk chocolate frosting
  • 3/4 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • Extra strawberries for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with foil.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour into prepared pan and bake 20 minutes, until set. Let cool completely.
  • Invert brownies onto cutting board, remove foil, and cut into two equal halves.
  • Spread vanilla frosting evenly over one half. Scatter diced strawberries over frosting, pressing gently.
  • Place second brownie half on top to create a layered cake.
  • Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer, smoothing evenly.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting into squares.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
