  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a light coat of olive oil.
  • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any perforations.
  • Layer half of the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly over the dough.
  • Add a layer of provolone cheese, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle the chopped roasted red peppers evenly over the cheese.
  • Repeat the layering with the remaining meats and cheeses.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the top, pressing the edges to seal.
  • In a small bowl, beat the eggs with oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Brush the egg mixture over the top of the dough, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top for extra crispiness.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crisp.
  • Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake the bottom crescent roll layer for 5 minutes before adding the fillings.
  • Customize with your favorite deli meats and cheeses for a personalized touch.
  • Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
  • These squares store well in the fridge and can be reheated in an oven at 300°F for 10 minutes.
