Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for a spicy kick

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into 24 small squares.
  • Press each square into the mini muffin tin, shaping it into a cup.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
  • Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the spinach dip mixture into each crescent roll cup.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Enjoy warm as a perfect appetizer or snack!

Notes

  • Thoroughly drain the spinach to avoid excess moisture making the filling runny.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture and best flavor.
  • Add crumbled bacon or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes to keep them crispy.
  • Make ahead and freeze for easy prep—just bake and reheat when needed!
