Easy Low Carb Brownies Recipe – These brownies come without flour and sugar and are still incredibly juicy. The dark chocolate gives them the particularly intense chocolate note.
Servings: 1 sheet (small)
INGREDIENTS
130 g Xylitol (birch sugar)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
4 Eggs
200 g ground almonds
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tsp Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
3 – 4 tbsp Milk
100 g Dark chocolate (min.80% cocoa content)
some butter for the mold
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix butter with xylitol and vanilla extract. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix ground almonds with cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and add to the butter-egg mixture. Add milk and stir briefly. Chop and fold in dark chocolate.
Grease brownie tray (20x30cm) and preheat oven to 180 degrees (convection: 160 degrees). Pour the dough into the tin and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
NOTES
Alternative ingredients: If you also want to avoid dairy products, simply replace the butter with coconut oil, milk with vegetable milk such as rice milk or soy milk.
