Chocolate Bars with Chocolate Chip Recipe – Chocolate cookie base, fudge and 2 cups of chocolate chips – these over the top chocolate chip bars are a chocolate lover dream come true!

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup (210 grams) all purpose flour
1/4 cup (20 grams) cocoa powder
1 cup (200 grams) sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate chunks
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup (20 grams) cocoa powder

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350F. Line a 13X9″ baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a food processor add the flour, cocoa, sugar, butter and egg. Pulse for about 2 minutes or until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Take the cookie dough out, reserve 3/4 cup and press the remaining cookie dough on the bottom of the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt 1 cup of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and mix it with the condensed milk and reserved cookie dough.
- Gently spread the chocolate mixture over the partially baked cookie base and return to the oven.
- Bake for further 15 minutes.
- Take the pan out of the oven, without turning it off and scatter the mini chocolate chips, chocolate chunks and white chocolate chips over it.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate just starts to melt.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely before removing from the pan.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
