Classic Eggless Tiramisu Recipe – The Italian classic is the star when it comes to dessert. Tiramisu can now be easily prepared without raw eggs.

1 cup strong coffee
500 g Mascarpone
100 g Icing sugar
5 tbsp Amaretto*
1 tsp Lemon peel
1 – 2 tbsp Cream (optional)
200 g Ladyfingers
2 tbsp Cocoa powder


Brew the cup of strong coffee and let it cool completely. When the coffee has cooled, mix mascarpone with icing sugar, amaretto and lemon zest. Depending on the consistency, add 1-2 tablespoons of cream so that the cream is not too firm. Place half of the ladyfingers as the first layer in the baking dish (24×18 cm). Drizzle the coffee over it with a tablespoon.

Apply half of the mascarpone cream to the soaked ladyfingers and smooth out. Repeat the step with the ladyfingers and coffee and finish with the mascarpone cream. Smooth and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.


*Instead of amaretto, you can also use coffee liqueur or simply omit the alcohol completely.
