Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe – Thick, chewy and fudgy, these over the top delicious peanut butter brownies will be your new favorite treat! Just as easy as a box mix, but so much better.

6 oz baking dark chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup unsalted butter, diced
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
4 eggs, room temperature
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour


  1. Heat the oven to 350F. Line a 11X7″ baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan add the butter and chopped chocolate.
  3. Heat over low flame stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and silky.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter. Whisk to combine.
  5. Set aside to cool.
  6. Add the eggs and sugar to a mixing bowl. With the paddle attachment on, beat on medium low speed until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.
  7. Str in the chocolate mixture and the vanilla extract.
  8. Gently fold in the flour.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and cool completely before cutting into bars.
