Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional garnish:

  • Drizzle of caramel sauce
  • Chopped nuts pecans or walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until well combined and light.
  • If desired, chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the texture thicken.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with caramel drizzle and chopped nuts if using.
  • Serve with sliced apples, grapes, strawberries, bananas, or any fresh fruit.
