110 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
115 oz can chili beans, drained
1teaspoonchili powder

1/4teaspoonblack pepper
8ozcream cheesesoftened
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2cupsour cream
1/4cupchopped fresh cilantrooptional

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
