For the cauliflower:
- 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Bang Bang sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon low-carb sweetener like erythritol or monk fruit
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar optional for extra tang
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil.
