- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder or chopped herbs for flavor
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, salt, and optional garlic powder or herbs. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide dough into 4 equal balls. Roll each out between parchment paper into an oval or round naan shape.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and bubbly.
Optionally, brush with melted butter and minced garlic before serving.
