This Keto Naan Bread is soft, chewy, and golden brown—just like the classic version but without the carbs. With simple ingredients and a quick cook time, it’s the perfect low-carb bread to complement your favorite dishes or enjoy on its own.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder or chopped herbs for flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
  • Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, salt, and optional garlic powder or herbs. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Divide dough into 4 equal balls. Roll each out between parchment paper into an oval or round naan shape.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Optionally, brush with melted butter and minced garlic before serving.

Notes

  • Roll dough thinly for crisper naan or thicker for softer bread.
  • Use a cast iron skillet for best texture and browning.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer.
  • Reheat on a hot skillet, in the oven, or in a toaster oven.
