Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices turkey pepperoni or beef bacon
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • Low-carb marinara sauce for dipping optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F or heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place mozzarella slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet or directly in the skillet.
  • Cook until edges are bubbling and beginning to brown (about 4–5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly until pliable but not too hot.
  • Place one slice of turkey pepperoni or beef bacon on each cheese slice.
  • Carefully roll up the cheese slice with the topping inside.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using, and serve with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Use pre-sliced mozzarella for consistency and ease.
  • Let cheese cool just enough to roll without tearing.
  • Try different fillings like sautéed mushrooms or olives.
