Easy Chocolate Chip Brownie Cheesecake Recipe

I am a huge chocolate chip, brownie, and cheesecake fan, so I decided to combine the three, and make an amazing dessert. You will love this simple and delicious recipe, full of chocolatey flavor.

INGREDIENTS


1 (18.3 ounce) package boxed fudgy brownies
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for chewy brownies and spread batter in prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  6. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into prepared pan.
  8. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F.
  9. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center of the cheesecake is set and the edges are golden brown.
  10. Let cool completely and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
