1.5 pounds sirloin steak – cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and black pepper – to season
4 tablespoon salted butter
5 cloves garlic – minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – plus more to taste
2 tablespoon fresh parsley – finely chopped, to garnish

  1. Add the olive oil to a large skillet set over high heat. Once the pan is hot add the steak in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Sprinkle generously with salt and black pepper to season.
  2. Allow the steak to cook for at least 2 minutes before stirring. Once they have a nice sear, stir and continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove the steak from the pan and transfer it to a clean plate. Repeat until all of the steak bites have been cooked.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and melt approximately four tablespoons of butter in the pan. Add the minced garlic to the butter; cook for approximately 1 minute. Return the steak back to the skillet. Stir to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce and continue to cook for an additional minute or so.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!

Keep leftovers stored in an airtight container and in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
