Ingredients
6 oz baking dark chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup unsalted butter, diced
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
4 eggs, room temperature
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350F. Line a 11X7″ baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan add the butter and chopped chocolate.
- Heat over low flame stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and silky.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter. Whisk to combine.
- Set aside to cool.
- Add the eggs and sugar to a mixing bowl. With the paddle attachment on, beat on medium low speed until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.
- Str in the chocolate mixture and the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely before cutting into bars.
